So many of us in the music industry are trying to influence change on both the industry and its people, whether it's in relation to culture, opportunities or conditions. BehaviourWorks Australia is a research and consulting unit within Monash University that have extensive experience across multiple industries using evidence-based tools and techniques to facilitate behaviour change and cultural transformation. This forum will be an opportunity to reflect on current approaches to music industry behaviour change, and to consider what the research tells us about how we could be doing it more effectively.
