Chances are high that you may have already been to a Festival or seen a large International act here, but now it's official: Fortitude Valley is set to welcome in a brand new permanent outdoor venue on Warner Street by the name of THE VALLEY DRIVE IN.
Having already hosted its share of massive events here over the last few years, Venue Booker Cael Johnston has been working around the clock with the team at Social State and The Brightside to make The Valley Drive In a full-time starlit venue with permanent staging & production.
"We've found that so many Artists & Promoters are looking to put on a show that simply cannot be experienced inside a traditional live space and we feel that this venue will give punters an evening that they will never forget"
The Valley Drive In has previously hosted acts such as Dune Rats, Methyl Ethel, Goldlink, Angel Olsen, DZ Deathrays, WAAX and also a slew of large-scale events such as The Blurst of Times, Biscuit Factory, Neko Nation, Out On The Weekend Fest and the BIGSOUND Outdoor Stage.
With a stack of great events already scheduled for The Valley Drive In for the remainder of 2018, it's looking to be an exciting time for bands, fans and everyone in-between.
