(They/Them) Rachel Maria Cox is the founder and manager of Sad Grrrls Club, which aims to promote diversity, inclusivity and safety in the Australian Music Industry. They are responsible for Sad Grrrls Fest, Australia's largest gender diverse music festival, as well as the new project Not Just Grrrls, which aims to continue to further the conversation about diversity in Australia's music industry. They are also a singer songwriter and active spokesperson for non-binary people in the music industry.
