Sharlene Harris

Sharlene caught the bug for hotels and live music in the early 80s and bought her first hotel before finishing uni, continuing the live music journey from there. Having managed more than 20 venues over the last 30+ years before taking on the Victorian Entertainment role with ALH Group six years ago, Sharlene now heads up a small but passionate team managing entertainment across more than 330 venues nationally. ALH Group has since built successful outdoor events with the Hotter than Hell, Sea N Sound and Shakafest brands. Procuring a wide variety of acts across genres gives Sharlene unique insight into audiences country-wide.
