Emily Wurramara

Emily is a Wannandilyakwa woman from Groote Eylandt in NT. Passionate about sharing her language and culture through music and also raising awareness about local and global environmental issues. In the last eight months, Emily had a baby, released her debut full length album with national airplay on triple j, Double J and ABC and numerous community stations across the country, and just wrapped up a national tour. She is heading to Canada in November and February for Mundial Montreal and Folk Alliance International, as she builds her international profile.
