Terry is the MD of the Techstars Adelaide accelerator. He moved here in 2016 from Boulder, Colorado to be the Entrepreneur in Residence at the Centre for Business Growth. He was the co-founder of Gold Systems, an enterprise software company that was named in the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies, and seven times in the Deloitte & Touché Colorado Fast 50.
He was a founding member of the Colorado chapter of YEO and was recognised with the “Esprit Entrepreneur of Distinction” award. He plays mandolin and served on the board of trustees for the International Bluegrass Music Museum.
